6. User Responsibilities

• Loss of business opportunities or revenue.

• Unauthorized use resulting from customer negligence.

Our total liability arising from any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WaveAccent Technologies, its directors, employees, consultants, partners, and affiliates against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising from:
